Tetiana Khodakivska was born on October 22, 1980, in Ukraine. From a young age, she showed a passion for storytelling and filmmaking. After graduating from high school, she pursued a degree in film directing at the prestigious Kyiv National I.K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University.

In her early career, Tetiana directed several award-winning short films and documentaries. Her work explored themes of identity, family, and the human condition. Her films received critical acclaim for their raw emotion and insightful portrayals of Ukrainian society.

Life in New York

In 2014, Tetiana and her husband relocated to New York City. There, she continued to pursue her passion for filmmaking while also exploring other creative avenues. She became involved in the local theater scene and founded TK Recruitment, a talent acquisition firm specializing in recruitment strategies.

Over the past 17 years, Tetiana and her husband have adopted seven children, with two of them being teenagers.
